Here at Softzap, we would like to invite all new authors and regular bloggers to write for our blog.We admire to build contacts with similar minded people and share links. So, if you think you have a related interest in writing what it takes to write for us, then we would love to hear from you!
What Should I Write About?
We are only looking for quality content that meets our standards. You are welcome to submit articles in your area of expertise that relates to the overarching categories below. If your article cannot naturally fit in any of these categories, our website and community may not be the best platform and audience for your message.
Please pick your own article topic. You are best placed to choose the topic based on your own unique passions, experiences, and area of professional expertise. We are unable to respond to email inquiries asking us to choose topics or to pre-qualify article ideas.
- Posts must be “AT LEAST!” 400+ words long, preferably more. We only want the best for our readers and posts shorter than this tend to be less helpful.
- We only accept articles that are written in English at this moment.
- Articles must be written by you and totally original! We will be checking ALL submissions for breach of copyright.
- No bad language
- We reserve the right to format the submitted article to match the rest of the Softzap posts. This tends to be only correcting spelling & grammar and adding any additional images needed to make the article more visually appealing, though it depends on the individual post.
Giving You Full Credit
If you are successful in submitting an article to us, we will give you full credit at the bottom of your post with a featured ‘bio’. Here you can include a bit of information about you and your website, as well as links to your Twitter, Facebook.

- Your bio – 120 words or less
- Link for your website
- Links for your social media profiles
- PHOTO: Plus please attach to your email your bio photo (high resolution, square, minimum size 250 x 250 px, jpg format).
Please note that we get sent lots of articles sent to us every day, so we are not always able to get back to you straight away. It usually takes us 2-3 days to go through all submissions, so please be patient. We will get back to you to let you know.
